1. Check whether the various oil materials are correct, whether the oil materials in the oil material cylinder meet the requirements, whether all parts of the Intermediate Wire Drawing Machine are clean, and pay special attention to whether the proximity switch is clean.
2. Confirm power supply.
3. Whether the power cord is broken.
4. Whether the ground wire is properly grounded.
5. Whether the type of wire drawing oil is correct, whether it has deteriorated, and whether it is polluted.
6. Move the movable water spray pipe to the position where it is aligned with the capstan and the eye mold, push in the fixing pin of the pressing line, cover the water cover, and turn on the water inlet switch.
7. Whether the inlet wire diameter is qualified, and whether the material is the required batch.
8. Whether the surface of the capstan and the guide wheel is worn.
9. Whether the setting value of the counter is appropriate.
10. Whether the specifications of the take-up spool are correct, whether there are burrs, etc., and the balance correction should meet the JIS 6 standard.
11. Whether the copper wire in the pay-off part is smooth.
12. Whether the surroundings of the Intermediate Wire Drawing Machine are clean and free of dirt.
13. Check whether the machine has oil leakage, water leakage, etc.
14. Check the air pressure, pay attention to whether there is air leakage, adjust the pressure of the brake three-point combined air pressure source to about 6Kg/cm2, and adjust it according to actual needs.
15. Check whether the arrangement of the eye models is reasonable and whether the placement is correct. (calculated according to the surface reduction rate)
16. The temperature of the wire drawing oil is about 40°C (please follow the specifications of the original factory). Generally, it should be controlled below 45°C.
17. The supply of wire drawing oil is at least 100 liters per minute, and the concentration ratio of wire drawing oil is about 5-8%. (Please adjust according to the original factory specifications)
18. Keep traversing capstan to be within the width of bobbin.
19. Instruction light on the operation table work normally.
20. Check whether the Intermediate Wire Drawing Machine is fixed on the ground.
