Bunching Machine Main Components
Bunching machine is mainly composed of pay-off device, inlet module, eye die, main parts (frame structure, rotating part, stranding bow, traction device, caterpillar device, bobbin loading&unloading, take-up device), transmission system, electrical control system, safety protection cover, etc.
Pay-off Device
It can be equipped with active or passive pay-off stands according to customer requirements.
Multi-head Active Pay-off Frame
It is suitable for applications where the pay-off tension needs to be precisely controlled and the bobbin weight is large, it can automatically track the take-up speed and provide the constant tension required by the process.
Vertical Constant Tension Active Pay-off Frame
It can track the take-up speed automatic and supply constant tension. Tension regulation is achieved by pressure adjustment of the compressed air. Automatic emergency braking in the event of stops and wire breaks. In addition, we can also provide single-sided double-headed active pay-off frame, double-side double-headed active pay-off frame, vertical passive pay-off frame, horizontal static disc pay-off frame, etc. to meet the process requirements of different product bundle pay-off.
Main Part
The main part mainly includes the frame, stranding body, stranding bow, transmission, traction, bobbin loading and unloading, take-up and other parts. Among them: The frame structure is made of low carbon steel welded together. The body is annealed and aged to eliminate internal stress, and then machined in one go by a precision boring machine to reduce deformation under use. The stranding bow is made of imported carbon fibre. The special shape can reduce wind resistance. Low noise and good stability of the equipment when running at high speed. Adopting reducer motor screw to lift the tray up and down the bobbin. Up and down bobbin is safe and convenient. The take-up is controlled by servo motor, which ensures constant and non-volatile take-up tension.
