Machine Characteristic
1. The wire goes from bow belt to idler pulley of main shaft directly, which can reduce scratch and keep round cross section.
2. Magnetic powder clutch auto track and control taking up tension, making the tension of take up steadily.
3. If the wire breaks, the machine can stop automatically.
Notes on use:
To make the finished product look better, the quality better, and the loss caused by human beings is minimized, the following work should be done during the use of the Wire Bunching Machine:
1. Check that the strand conductors are not red or black;
2. Confirm that the number of strands, the direction is correct, the identification is complete, and the wiring is neat;
3. Verify that the packaging is in good condition and that the logo and specifications are consistent with the process requirements;

5. Check that the appearance of the stranded wire is round, the compression molding is good, and there are no missing strands, jumpers, missing packages, etc.;
