Wire Buncher Machine

Wire Buncher Machine is especially suitable for manufacturing power cable and cross-linked cable. It's driven by 36-stage gearbox. The two wheels of the double wheel capstan are overhung position supported on shafts. One wheel is straight and the other is inclined position arranged to ensure good care of the material to be pulled out.

1. Reels are arranged quartering around the cages. The centralized side loading system can increase efficiency much more.

2. Wire Buncher Machine has high rigidity, high powered, high speed.

3. The maximum pulling force reaches 15T.

4. Each reel is equipped with an advanced broken wire detector,allowing to stop the machine automatically in case of broken wire. Insuring to repair the broken wire.

5. The four joints of the hinge are all one-piece quartered structures. The hinged cage is supported by the gearbox, the front part is supported by two sets of double-row self-aligning bearings respectively.

6. The pay-off tension of the Wire Buncher Machine is controlled pneumatically. Tension is obtained by a pneumatic friction device.

7. Pneumatic proportional valves, electrical monitoring devices, etc. are coordinated and controlled by PLC. The tension is uniform and constant.
