High Efficiency Performance of High Speed Rod Breakdown Machine

Due to the use of equal diameter drawing capstan,the compression ratio of the wire rod section is optimized during each drawing process, which reduces the slippage problem of the wire rod on the surface of each drawing capstan, and improves the internal and surface quality of the wire.


The general wire drawing capstan adopts two structures of single cone surface and double cone surface.Although the wire drawing capstan of the structure can be used in different positions, the service life is twice that of the single cone wire drawing capstan, but the wire drawing capstan is fragile and the cost is high.And this kind of wire drawing capstan without tapered surface has the characteristics of double cone surface structure wire drawing capstan, the cost is high, and there is no advanced production technology.It is difficult to guarantee the machining accuracy.

 

In addition, the inlet of the die seat is tapered, which makes it easy for the drawing oil to flow into the die, and the air nozzle at the die outlet will compress a small amount of air. The air is ejected, and the oil and water on the surface of the wire can be blown off during normal production. Once the wire is broken, the overflowing drawing liquid can enter the collection tank.Then go back to the drawing fluid collection system.

 

Secondly, the overrunning and clutch structure device ensures the unidirectional rotation of the drawing capstan under the condition of the reverse pulling force of the drawing capstan, so that the equipment can be started or stopped.It will not cause disconnection when it stops.Because the high speed rod breakdown machine adopts the quick die change structure, when the drawing die is less than 13 dies, the high speed wire drawing wheel is in the Idling state, so the clutches are installed on the two wire drawing wheel shafts behind the wire drawing machine, when the two wire drawing capstans are not used in production, the system will automatically disengage the two wire drawing bearings, which not only improves the life of the bearing, but also reduces the noise and energy consumption.


At present, this kind of high speed rod breakdown machine with quick die change system is suitable for manufacturers who produce multiple wire diameters.
