2. About Pullability
The most direct manifestation of the "drawability" of the material is the breakage rate when drawing different wire diameters. This contrast is more prominent in the case of drawing small or fine wires, or in high speed wire drawing machines, or multi wires drawing machines, or in the production of multiple processes in series. To improve the "pullability" and reduce the breakage rate of the cable, we should start from three aspects.
1）Improve the quality of rod making
This is the source of doubt, the first of the process. First of all, we must start with technical breakthroughs, and be equipped with manual or automatic monitoring equipment to ensure stable operation under the best technical parameters, supplemented by leading management methods.
2）Pay attention to the auxiliary system of pulling the wire
In addition to the influence of wire drawing skills and wire drawing equipment on "pullability", attention should also be paid to lubricants and their filtration, temperature control, bacterial erosion; wire drawing die materials, geometric shapes and dimensional accuracy. The mold production scale and the accuracy of its measurement tools are not good, which directly affects the reasonable mold matching and leads to wire breakage, which is particularly important for the production of wire drawing.
3）The incoming inspection and center inspection of the wire blank should be carried out
In order to prevent problems and improve the drawability and appearance quality of the wire, we may pay attention to the inspection of the incoming wire and equipment. During the production process, the workers themselves and technical personnel should also pay attention to the inspection of the products, and gradually improve the technical development and production. which not only ensures the quality of products, but also improves the utilization rate of wire rods and reduces costs.
