Copper Making Machine is used to produce the long and bright oxygen-free copper rod. The induction melting furnace melts the copper cathode into liquid, the liquid keeps off the air by charcoal in case of oxidation. The holding furnace keeps the copper liquid temperature at 1150℃±10℃, the casting machine crystallizes the copper liquid in a crystallizer quickly, then continuously produces copper rods, then the final product will be finished through the double head take-up machine and other accessory equipment.

Technical process
1. The copper liquid has a stable reduction process by the covered surface of charcoal;
2. After the reduction, the copper liquid is rapidly crystallized into a casting rod through a crystallizer through the continuous casting machine in the holding furnace.
3. Every casting rod is equipped with a controller and a torsion bar machine. The casting rod is led from the continuous casting machine to the controller and the torsion bar through the regulating wheel device to form a circle. After the completion of the circle, the casting rod is cut and hoisted away for the next process.
Machine Characteristic
1. Energy-saving furnace is used for the Copper Making Machine, which is having a larger power for a single inductor, a better melting effect, and longer life.
2. The gapless connecting expansion sleeve is used for the traction device, and the PLC is used to control the servo motor correctly and to assure that each order from the PLC is correct and accurate.
3. High accuracy and low backlash planetary reducer is used to make the freezing time more accurate, thus increasing the crystallizing quality.
4. Copper Making Machine adopts a paperless recorder which is connected to the manager's computer. All the temperature records within one month can be checked, through which controlling the furnace temperature can be more effective and the rod quality can be increased.
