It's is used for drawing and annealing brass or copper rod to 2.6-3.0mm wire.Rod Breakdown Drawing Machine is equipped with a transmission lubrication circulation system, and all transmission gears and bearings are lubricated by oil injection. The inclined design of the annealing device reduces the height so that the operator can thread the wire without climbing up or down through a ladder. The specially designed ventilation duct is used to send air to the rear of the annealing wheel, cooling the annealing carbon brush and the wheel axle. The rear part of the annealing wheel becomes very simple and convenient for daily maintenance.
