The assembly tasks in the workshop are busy again. The order from the customer for the Copper Rod Breakdown Machine has been put into production, and the casting of the machine body has been completed.
This machine has 13 dies and is used for drawing 8 mm copper rod to 1.2-3.5 mm wire, followed by winding at drop coiler and dual-spool take-up. It is a tandem type drawing machine with all the drawing capstans aligned in a row. The iron-cast gearbox body can ensure long life with low noise. Equipped with a quick die change system can keep high efficiency when producing different diameters. And dies quantity decrease a lot at the same time.
