We have completed assembly and commissioning of the 22Dies Fine Drawing Machine with Annealing, which will be delivered to the customer at the end of this month after nearly two months of production.
This machine is used for drawing and annealing brass wire or copper wire from 0.6-1.38mm to 0.15-0.4mm.Finished wire is wound by 300 steel bobbin or similar size plastic bobbin.When used for brass wire, Annealing part will be with two sections and the annealing power is DC power .The voltage automatically tracks the drawing speed, so it can ensure the wire performance at the same rate during speed up or speed down.
