How to use the emulsion of the Silver Wire Drawing Machine in the right way after a holiday?
1. During the vacation, please make the lubrication emulsion tanks rainproof, dustproof, and anti-rats and other debris entering the tank(if there are similar substances entering it, please clean up in time, otherwise the damage of the drawing fluid will be accelerated)
2. All wire drawing recycle lubrication tanks need to circulate normally for 2 hours within 24 hours after the shutdown.
3. It is necessary to safely control the liquid temperature of the emulsion pool for the Silver Wire Drawing Machine during the holiday time ( better the temperature be controlled at 30-45 °C).
4. Before the normal start-up after the holiday, turn on the circulating pump of the drawing fluid and emulsion tank to circulate for a period of time. It is recommended to add some new oil to the emulsion tank and mix it well.
5. For the Silver Wire Drawing Machine Continuous Annealing emulsion pool, please replace it with new water and batch corresponding to the appropriate oil or antioxidant.
