The main scope of the supply
1. Pay-off: This part consists of a steel stand, aluminum cover, brush, and pay-off guiding wheels.Pay-off aluminum covers can be equipped with different sizes of brushes to match the tensions of different wire diameters. The thickness and density of the brush is determined by its process.
2. Tinning part: Tinning channel center has a ceramic guiding wheel, the wheelbase can turn 120°, easy to thread wire. K-type thermocouple measure temperature, digital temperature-controlled meter to control the temperature automatically. When Copper Wire Tinning machine works, only needs to set the temperature of the tinning channel as the technique process, the control meter will control the temperature to a certain degree, control rang0-400℃.
3. Haul-off part: This part consists of the haul-off reel, wire threading guiding wheels, shelf, and transmission motor. The haul-off device is to haul off the copper wire at a steady speed to finish the soft tinned copper wire and control the tension.
4. Take-up part: This part is made of a take-up reel, traversing part, shelf, etc. The take-up motor is a double instant torque motor, to fit different wire diameter requirements.
5.Electric control part: 3P, 380V power source, electric cabinet control.
