1.Pay attention to heat preservation and protection measures when leaving the factory:
When products such as wires and cables leave the factory and are loaded on the means of transportation, heat preservation and protection measures are required. For example, use a closed means of transportation to prevent the product from being directly exposed; put a layer of soft cushion on the product, such as soft foam, etc.; handle it with care when loading, do not load the product roughly, and at the same time avoid excessive bending of the product.
2.Pay attention to prevent damage when unloading:
When arriving at the destination or the construction site, it is best to send personnel to supervise to prevent rough operation when unloading the product.
3.Storage:
It is best to store the product indoors, and at the same time spread a layer of isolation layer on the surface of the storage, such as wood boards, quilts, foam, etc., to prevent the product from being frozen and damp, and avoid direct contact with the ground to scrape the outer skin of the wire and cable.
4.When laying and installing wires and cables:
It is best to choose to work in the mid-afternoon when the temperature is warmer. If possible, use heaters and other equipment before use to make the product reach the best performance state. If it is buried underground, a layer of protective layer, such as cloth and foam, can be laid in the cable trench in advance. If you are wearing a pipe, you must ensure that the inside and outside of the pipe are smooth, so as not to scratch the wire.
